LIVING CONDITIONS

Health care in the province is as good as anywhere in the world with a free health-care service funded by the government. The MSI (Medical Services Insurance) covers doctor and surgery costs for outpatient or inpatient care. There is even a special prescription-drug program for senior citizens (over 65 years of age).
